MERS Portal Notice – MFA SMS Issue


We are currently experiencing an issue with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SMS delivery for the MERS portal. Users may not receive verification codes via SMS at this time.

Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Impact: Login access via SMS-based MFA may be unavailable.
