MERS Scheduled System Update

Please be advised that MERS will be underdoing a scheduled system update on Friday, 6 March, between 9:00 pm and 12:00 am.

During this period, users may experience reduced performance or intermittent access to the system.

To avoid disruption, users are advised to resume normal use from Saturday morning.


Priority Investigation: Incorrect Historic Reminder Notifications

We are currently aware of an issue where some tenement holders may have received incorrect historic reminder messages generated from outdated pre‑MERS datasets.

These messages may reference historical lodgement periods and may include out‑of‑date holder names or contact details.

The matter is under active investigation and is being treated as a priority.
