EXEMPTION is hereby given pursuant to section 79 of the Mining Act 1971 (the Act) to Yandan Gold
Mines Pty Ltd as the holder of the below-mentioned exploration licences, as set out in this
memorandum.
I, Benjamin Zammit, being satisfied that circumstances exist to justify me in doing so, do hereby:
EXEMPT the tenement holder from the obligation to comply with section 30AAA(3) (submission of an
expenditure return) for exploration licences 5929, 6030, 6302, 6303, 6583 and 6636 due to the
return periods for these licences being shortened to less than 12 months as a result of my approval to amalgamate their expenditure commitments.

The Tenement Holder authorises Hetherington Pty Ltd to apply for, maintain and do such things as may be necessary from time to time, to satisfy the requirements of the Mining Act 1971 (SA) and Mining Regulations 2020 (SA) in relation to any title held or operated by Yandan Gold Mines.
Should application be made by Hetherington to access to any and all information that the Department for Energy and Mining holds and normally makes available to Yandan Gold Mines in the course of maintaining any tenements held, operated, or applied for by Yandan Gold Mines in South Australia (including any former or subsequent tenements), Yandan Gold Mines authorises the release of that information. |
