Hetherington is authorised to apply for, maintain, receive all correspondence and do such things as may be necessary from time to time, to satisfy the requirements of the Mining Act 1971 (SA) and Mining Regulations 2020 (SA) in relation to titles held or applied for in South Australia. This includes, but not limited to:
Request and receive all correspondence, information and statutory documents relating to the Tenements;
Correspond with, make enquiries on behalf of, and respond to queries raised with the Department for Energy and Mining;
Receive invoices and attend to payment of fees;
Lodge all applications, transactions and dealings with respect to the Tenements;
Complete and submit all notices, reports, returns, letters and other communications with respect to the Tenements; and
Do all other actions necessary to keep the Tenements in good standing under South Australian legislation.
This authorisation does not extend to allow Hetherington Pty Ltd (ACN 610 909 290) to relinquish or surrender the Tenements.
