Pursuant to section 79 of the Mining Act 1971 and being satisfied that circumstances exist to justify me in so doing, I hereby exempt the holder of Minerals Leases numbered ML 5812 and ML 5813 from section 56M of the Mining Act 1971 and regulations made thereunder from time to time.
This exemption is conditional upon the holder making payments for annual rental, administration and regulation fees in accordance with the following payment schedule:

1. 1st Instalment on 01st December 2022 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable. 
2. 2nd Instalment on 09th January 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable. 
3. 3rd Instalment on 09th February 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
4. 4th Instalment on 09th March 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable. 
5. 5th Instalment on 09th April 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
6. 6th Instalment on 09th May 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable. 
7. 7th Instalment on 09th June 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
8. 8th Instalment on 09th July 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
9. 9th Instalment on 09th August 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
10. 10th Instalment on 09th September 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
11. 11th Instalment on 09th October 2023 of $878.40 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
12. 12th Instalment on 09th November 2023 of $878.24 of the annual rental, administration and regulation fees payable.
13. The exemption shall remain in force until 09th November 2023, or unless the relevant leases are transferred or surrendered. On transfer or surrender, this exemption shall expire.
