2 year renewal. The conditions contained in the Exploration Licence with the following variation of Schedule B, 'The amount of $80,000 is to be spent on exploration during the period 19/10/2020 to 18/10/2022', all previous exploration expenditure commitment being deemed to have been met.

Unless the minister otherwise determines, if the expenditure commitment of the licence (pro-rata adjusted to exclude the COVID-19 Expenditure Exemption period) is not satisfied, the area of land to which the current licence applies shall be reduced by at least 25% by the end of the current term. The boundaries of the reduced area must coincide with whole minutes of latitude and longitude.
