MEMORANDUM OF AUTHORISATION MINING ACT 1971
Authorisation to change a term or condition on Mineral Lease 5961

Pursuant to Section 56Q(5) of the Mining Act 1971 and in accordance with Section 56U(1) of the Mining Act 1971 it is hereby determined that the following lease condition be revoked for Mineral Lease 5961:

Second Schedule
(Revoke) Clause 3: As part of the progressive rehabilitation of land disturbed by mining, several small areas of 100 square metres or greater are to be fenced to prevent stock access and are to be planted with native trees indigenous to the region to ensure the re-establishment of strands of upperstorey vegetation.
