EXEMPTION is hereby given pursuant to section 79 of the Mining Act 1971 (the Act) to the holder of mining leases EML 5659 and EML 5801 (tenement holder) as set out in this memorandum. 

I, Paul De Ionno, being satisfied that circumstances exist to justify me in doing so, do hereby:
EXEMPT the tenement holder from the requirement to submit a compliance report as part of a surrender application pursuant to regulation 52(c) of the Mining Regulations 2020. 

This exemption applies to a surrender application submitted by the tenement holder prior to 30 June 2022.
